Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of DashBlood’s website, app, and blood donation coordination services.

Last updated: 20 May 2026. By using DashBlood, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful blood donation coordination purposes.

1. Service Purpose

DashBlood helps users create blood requests, discover compatible donors, receive alerts, and coordinate donation responses. DashBlood is a coordination platform and does not provide medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, blood screening, or emergency transport.

2. Medical Disclaimer

All blood donation, screening, compatibility, collection, storage, and transfusion decisions must be handled by qualified healthcare professionals and authorized facilities. In a medical emergency, contact the nearest hospital or emergency service immediately.

3. User Responsibilities

4. Donor Eligibility

Being listed as a potential donor does not guarantee eligibility to donate. Hospitals and blood collection teams may accept or decline a donor based on clinical screening, local rules, and patient safety requirements.

5. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify DashBlood if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

6. Prohibited Uses

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep DashBlood reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product improves or as legal, technical, or operational requirements evolve.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DashBlood is not liable for indirect losses, failed donor attendance, clinical decisions, hospital outcomes, or misuse of information by third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DashBlood after updates means you accept the revised terms.
