Delete Your DashBlood Account

Use this page to request deletion of your DashBlood account and associated personal data.

Delete in the App

  1. Open the DashBlood app.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Go to Profile, open Settings, then choose Delete Account.
  4. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address linked to your DashBlood account. Use the subject line “Delete DashBlood Account” and include your full name and the email or phone number used for the account.

When your request is verified, DashBlood deletes or deactivates personal account data associated with your account, including:

Data We May Retain

Some records may be retained when required for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or healthcare coordination audit history. Retained records may include anonymized blood requests, moderation reports, audit logs, support correspondence, and records needed to protect patients, donors, hospitals, or blood banks.

Typical retention periods are described in our Privacy Policy: in-app deletion starts immediately; email deletion requests are completed within 3 days after verification; closed request history for up to 30 days; support, moderation, and anonymized safety records for up to 90 days; notifications and crash diagnostics for up to 30 days; encrypted backups for up to 3 days.

Processing Time

In the app: deletion starts immediately after you confirm in Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

By email: we complete verified deletion requests within 3 days after we confirm account ownership. We may ask for additional information if we cannot verify ownership from your request.
